"The Pizza Barn"
Jukebox of Lyrics
Music is a big part of the series. It ranges from The Archies "Sugar, Sugar" to "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" (Theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey),
and from "Jingle Bell Rock" to "Amazing Grace".
Many scenes would not have the emotional impact they did without the music.
"With A Little Help From My Friends" by Joe Cocker (2 versions) was a good choice for the theme song,
because it is popular and upbeat. The "softer" version was used during junior high, and the "harder" version was used for high school.
My "best song" (in context) from The Wonder Years is "The Circle Game" by Joni Mitchell,
which plays at the end of Episode 27 "Mom Wars". It really summarizes what growing up means (for many).

Note: Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained is corrupt for the first 16 seconds and starts with Winnie's Theme - it's how I got it :-(
